1. OVERVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription purchases made through NikoKnowBets, a service operated by Still Dreaming LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for sports betting prediction and pick services. By purchasing any subscription package, you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

NikoKnowBets provides sports betting predictions, picks, analysis, and information (“Services”) on a subscription basis. Our Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific outcomes, winnings, or results from using our Services. All betting predictions are opinions and analysis based on available information at the time of publication.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

Sports betting involves financial risk
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make
Our Services do not constitute professional financial or gambling advice
You are of legal age and legally permitted to engage in sports betting in your jurisdiction

3. SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES AND PRICING

3.1 Package Structure

We offer season-based subscription packages for various sports, including but not limited to:

NFL (National Football League)
NBA (National Basketball Association)
MLB (Major League Baseball)
NHL (National Hockey League)
NCAA Football
NCAA Basketball
And other sporting events as made available

3.2 Full Season Subscriptions

Full season subscriptions provide access to all predictions and picks for the entirety of the specified sport’s season when purchased before or at the start of the season.

3.3 Mid-Season Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription package after the season has commenced, you will be charged a prorated price based on the remaining portion of the season. The prorated price is calculated as follows:

Prorated Price = (Full Season Price) × (Remaining Games or Weeks / Total Games or Weeks in Season)

3.4 Access Period and Subscription Term

Your subscription provides access to predictions and picks from the date of purchase through the conclusion of the applicable sports season. Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the season and do not renew. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the season’s end as outlined in Section 5, but cancellation does not entitle you to any refund except as specifically provided in Section 4.1.

If you wish to receive predictions and picks for the next season, you must purchase a new subscription for that season separately.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in Section 4.3. Cancellation prevents access to future predictions and picks but does not entitle you to any refund except as specifically provided in Section 5.1.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

Your access to the Services will immediately terminate
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email
You will no longer receive predictions, picks, or any subscription-related communications

4.3 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you must:

Select “Subscriptions.”
Choose “Cancel Subscription”
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Cancellations are effective upon our receipt and processing of your cancellation request. We will send email confirmation of your cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of processing.

4.4 Cancellation Processing Time

Cancellation requests submitted via email or mail may take up to two (2) business days to process. Online cancellations through your account are typically processed immediately but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to the effective date of cancellation.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Twenty-Four (24) Hour Full Refund Window

YOU HAVE TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

To qualify for a full refund:

You must submit your cancellation request within twenty-four (24) hours of your initial purchase timestamp
Your cancellation request must be received by us within this timeframe
The refund request must be for your initial subscription purchase

Refunds requested within the 24-hour window will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

5.2 NO REFUNDS AFTER TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS

AFTER THE INITIAL TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOUR PERIOD, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Dissatisfaction with predictions or picks
Change of mind
Non-use of the Services
Inability to access the Services due to your technical issues
Cancellation mid-season
Injury to players, team performance, or game outcomes
Your betting losses
Partial use of subscription period
Financial hardship or personal circumstances

5.3 No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for any portion of unused subscription time. If you cancel your subscription after the 24-hour refund window, you will immediately lose access to all Services and will receive no monetary refund or credit for the remaining time in the season.

5.4 Digital Content Acknowledgment

By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing access to digital content and services
Digital content begins being delivered immediately upon purchase
You waive any right to a “cooling off” period beyond the 24-hour window provided
Under Pennsylvania and federal law, you may forfeit certain refund rights when accessing digital content immediately upon purchase

5.5 Exceptions

The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are:

Refunds required by applicable law that cannot be waived
Technical failures on our part that prevent delivery of Services for an extended period, at our sole discretion
Fraudulent charges processed without your authorization (subject to verification)

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

6.2 Chargeback Policy

INITIATING AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGEBACK OR PAYMENT DISPUTE MAY RESULT IN:

Immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to Services
Reporting of your account to fraud prevention databases
Legal action to recover the disputed amount plus costs and fees
Permanent ban from future purchases

6.3 Valid Chargebacks

Valid reasons for chargebacks include:

Fraudulent charges you did not authorize
Charges processed after successful cancellation during the 24-hour window
Duplicate charges for the same subscription period

You must provide documentation supporting your chargeback claim if requested.

7. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION BY COMPANY

7.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all Services at any time, with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue a service for which you have paid, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, calculated on a per-game or per-week basis.

7.2 Termination for Violation

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately without refund if you:

Violate our Terms of Service
Share, distribute, or resell our predictions or picks
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse or harass our staff or other subscribers
Attempt to circumvent payment systems
Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

7.3 Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy. Material changes affecting your existing subscription will be communicated via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PENNSYLVANIA AND FEDERAL LAW:

8.1 No Liability for Betting Losses

We are not liable for any betting losses, financial losses, or damages of any kind resulting from:

Use of our predictions or picks
Reliance on our Services
Accuracy or inaccuracy of information provided
Timing of predictions or picks
Technical issues preventing access to Services

8.2 Maximum Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

8.3 Consequential Damages Waiver

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understood this entire Policy
You acknowledge the 24-hour refund window and the no-refund policy thereafter
You understand subscriptions expire at the end of the season and do not automatically renew
You acknowledge this is a digital service with immediate access
You understand no refunds are provided for dissatisfaction, non-use, or betting losses
You waive any right to refunds or prorations beyond the 24-hour window
You agree that Pennsylvania law governs this Policy
You are of legal age to purchase these Services and engage in sports betting in your jurisdiction
You understand predictions are opinions and not guarantees
You accept full responsibility for any betting decisions you make

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Still Dreaming LLC regarding cancellations and refunds, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
